InFrame performs structural and finite-element analysis, and design of 2-D and 3-D space frames and trusses. Graphical editing features of INERTIAalso allow InFrame to extrude a floor plan into a multistory building,and to revolve from a 2-D profile into a circular tower.Standard and user-defined material and section libraries are available onall the INERTIA products. Due to the large number of structural designrelated parameters, which are not available in the American Institute ofSteel Construction Tables (AISC), InFrame section libraries are veryextensive. InFrame will generate plots and print outputs to your plotterand printer both directly, and by integration with the CAD system throughDXF and IGES files.InFrame is compatible with the Digital line of ULTRIX-based workstationsusing the Open Software Foundation Motif graphical user interface.InFrame is menu-driven to provide for rapid modeling of a structure.
